If you want scholarship money, you will need to download scholarship applications in order to apply for funding. However, note that there may be restrictions on who can apply for scholarship money. For instance, some foundations offer scholarships only for women.

You may also wish to investigate government-sponsored funding, such as ROTC scholarships, the Pell Grant, or other government grants.
